The content of the website and samples are for personal use only and you may not download the content (unless indicated), copy, reproduce, or create derivative work from the content or samples. Unless otherwise stated the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in all material (including, without limitation, photographs and graphical images) is the property of Just A Little Note. All products are charged at the price shown on the date an order is placed.

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling.

Reproduction of colours and images are as close as possible but they may vary slightly from the photographs shown. Any sample ordered and your proof will more accurately reflect your chosen product, although final production may vary slightly.


As all stationery is made by hand and made to order, slight variations may occur - this is what makes your stationery unique. Occasionally, Just A Little Note Ltd may have to substitute a product or component used in the designs and wherever possible will notify you of any significant changes.

Care should be taken when handling your cards and when inserting them into envelopes - you will receive your cards in perfect condition and Just A Little Note Ltd cannot be held responsible for any damage caused after you have signed for them.

All orders are subject to availability. Should any item be unavailable Just A Little Note Ltd will inform you and propose a similar alternative. Just A Little Note Ltd reserves the right to make substitutions to ensure the highest quality possible within the price quoted.

Prices stated for save the dates and invitations include envelopes and printed inserts where applicable. Guest personalisation and pre–addressing envelopes is available at an additional cost on certain items.


Once Just A Little Note Ltd has received a fully completed order and a 50% non-refundable deposit, proof copies of your design/s will be sent to you for approval. Two more proofs are available with your order for any changes you may require. Additional proofs after the initial three will be charged at £10 per proof and could impact on delivery time so please check carefully. It is your responsibility to check each and every word to ensure spelling is correct and only when you are happy, should you sign them off.

Once you are happy with the final proof and Just A Little Note Ltd has received the outstanding balance and your approval in writing (either by email or text), Just A Little Note Ltd will proceed with your order.

Until paid for in full, all items remain the property of Just A Little Note Ltd. Any changes made once proofs have been produced and approved and have not been printed will be subject to additional charges. If changes are made after clearance and printing it will be the responsibility of the client to pay for a reprint. Should the fault be with Just A Little Note Ltd, we will endeavour to rectify it as soon as possible, and at no extra cost to the client.

Just A Little Note Ltd reserves the right to use any stationery created for you to promote our products and services. However, we will never share any of your details with third parties.

Payment is made by bank transfer and details will be supplied with your invoice.


There is a minimum order of 25 on save the dates, invites, place names, order of services. That said, Just A Little Note Ltd have produced smaller amounts for private weddings. Delivery times do fluctuate but Just A Little Note Ltd will endeavour to create your products as quickly as is possible, but with anything bespoke it takes time. For your own peace of mind, please allow as much time as possible when placing your order. Once an order has been placed we will work together to create a timeline working to your deadline. On average though design, production and delivery can be between 4-6 weeks. You are welcome to order your stationery in stages. If you are unsure of wording for menus and programmes at the time of ordering they can be completed closer to your wedding date. 


Once made up, your order will be carefully wrapped up, packaged and dispatched to your chosen address via Royal Mail Special Delivery or by courier. Standard postage and packaging on stationery orders is £10.00 (table plans £15.00) or free with orders over £200. Local delivery within a radius of 15 miles of the Wetherby area is free with prior arrangement. It is your responsibility to sign for goods if dispatched by courier - please ensure a delivery address is provided where there will be someone available to sign for your order. Any damage MUST be notified within 24 hours of receipt. On receipt, if you feel there are any discrepancies with your order, these MUST be notified within 48 hours of receipt.

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. 

PayPal is a safe and secure way of payment for both the seller and buyer.

Shipping will be to the address you provide during the checkout process. 

Items will be shipped within two working business days of your payment being received. We carefully package your card/s to ensure that you receive it in perfect condition. If you require your order by a certain date please include this in a message when placing your order. 

All packages are sent via Royal Mail post.

International delivery: Delivery times vary for different countries but for most, delivery time is around 5-7 working days from the date of posting. If you require your order quickly please contact us to enquire about alternative postage options. You are responsible for any international customs fees you may have to pay.


Once an order has been received an invoice will be sent to you via email. Payment must be made at the time of ordering or before any products are dispatched and can be made vis Credit Card, Paypal or BACS payment. 


First time orders require a minimum of £100 and orders over £135 are carriage paid. For trade orders under £135, delivery is charged at cost. This will be via Royal Mail or a courier service, depending on weight/size. For orders over £135, carriage is paid. For online orders, postage is calculated at checkout. For orders local to Just A Little Note and under 10 miles, delivery is free.

There is a minimum order of 6 cards per design.

SHIPPING: Please allow 10 - 14 working days for your order to arrive. Delivery times, particualrily on large orders may vary. All orders within the UK will be shipped via courier. Costs are calculated based on weight and will be advised prior to shipping. Orders over £160 will be shipped free within the UK. International Orders will also be shipped via courier but shipping costs will vary depending on the destination country.
